It is in good working condition but fair cosmetic condition. It is an older pick up. There is nothing special about this pick up except that it works. I replaced a customer’s neck pick up and this is the one that came out of their guitar. It is from a BC Rich Bronze series V guitar. As you can see from the pictures somebody had screwed it onto the pick up ring with these wood screws and there were no springs on them. I imagine the holes can be smashed down with a pair of pliers and a proper threaded pick up screw could be ran in the hole and hold the pick up into place. I’ve done that before with several stripped holes. The other option would be is that the pick up could be used as a body mount pick up which in that case no modifications would need to be done to the pick up holes.
