Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician
Pay
$15–$18 per hour, based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
● Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and customized cleaning services
● Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces
● Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas
● Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
● Work efficiently while providing excellent customer service
● Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications
● Cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
● Reliable transportation to and from job sites
● Valid driver’s license preferred
● Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical work
● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Must be dependable, honest, and punctual
