Seeking a dependable, motivated Equine Veterinary Technician/Assistant who is comfortable working with horses in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
Responsibilities
-Monitor and care for equine patients
-Administer medications as directed
-Assist with reproductive procedures and patient care
-Maintain accurate medical documentation and billing records
-Work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team
Requirements
-Comfortable and confident handling horses
-Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
-Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
-Veterinary technician/assistant experience preferred, but not required
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
