The flooring is half inch wire mesh so resting mats will be needed. Hay cages and trays included. If you have Holland Lops I don't recommend keeping them in here for longer than 2.5 - 3 months. Smaller animals would probably do fine like Netherland dwarfs or guinea pigs.
