I have a Trane 4‑ton gas pack unit currently in service and available for sale within the next week. I’m replacing my entire system, but the existing unit still has plenty of life left—especially the cooling side. The heating function will need some attention, but the AC section was updated last summer with more than $1,500 in new parts (not including labor).
The unit is running now and can be seen operating and cooling my home. It will be removed from service next Friday, but until then you’re welcome to see it in operation.
