This dollhouse was well built from an original kit and has operable windows, real brick exterior, wood floors and electric. Although it has a few nicks on the roofing, everything is repairable with a little tlc. I have had various dollhouses and have collected miniatures for over 50 years and this is a nice one! Most of the lighting is operable and more lighting could be added. This house has a tape wiring system. The furniture and accessories are not included, but there are some items I would consider selling. All light fixtures are included!This was never used as a “toy” dollhouse for young children, but is more of a family heirloom that an older child or adult would enjoy as a hobby/ project. Alas, I have nobody to pass it along to and have decided to sell it.
