Local mobile home park is in the process of upgrading. Giving away older models to the right folks. Have to meet certain qualifications and enter 2 yr lot lease at $400/mth.
You are not renting the home. Ownership will be transferred to you. You are renting the lot for 24 mth.
During the 24 months, the home must stay in the park. After that, you can continue to stay in the park, move it or whatever you want.
These are older, mostly 2 bedroom and may need some cosmetics, but have good bones and will make a fine home.
The pics represent the typical home available. The actual mobile home may be different.
Requirements:
Agree to a credit and criminal background check
Everyone over age 18 who will be living any time in the unit must submit an application. The application must be legible and complete or will not be considered.
No felonies of any kind during the past 5 yrs
Non-felony criminal convictions will be considered on a case by case basis
Must have acceptable credit
Must have good provable rental history for the past 3 years. This does not include "renting" from relatives or friends.
Income: must have steady income of at least $2000/mth either from local employer for the past one full year or disability that will continue for life and have proof of same.
You must live in the mobile home full time. It is not for part time use or renting out to others. Violators will be immediately evicted.
