My family and I are looking to have a house built and need to sell ours. Our house is currently on the market now, but we would like to move out as soon as possible to facilitate the process. We are looking to rent out a room or mother-in-law quarters in a good sized house at least 1600 SF or more. It is just me, my wife and a four-year-old son. Oh and we do have a small house trained dog (breed: Lhasa Apso). I am an Army Officer, my wife is a full-time homemaker, and our son is a student at Liberty Christian School. We are willing to sign a one-year lease and pay up to $500-600 per month including utilities and a pet deposit if needed. We would contribute to the house with groceries, cleaning duties and general maintenance. We are quiet and respectful christians that would like to find someone that would be comfortable with having a family share their house in a mutually beneficial situation.
