I am a single female and will be moving to Fayetteville by the 15th of the month. I prefer to live on the good side of town and within 5-15 minutes of everything. I am looking for a place that has a nice size kitchen, nice size bedroom, closet and hopefully a storage area. I am neat, easy-going and get along with just about anybody. I am not a busy-body and I respect other people's privacy. I prefer not to be in a lease agreement and to have the rent to include all utilities.
