I am about to deploy for the next year and would like to rent out the rooms in my house. One of the rooms is currently occupied (he is military and will be out of town sporadically but maintaining the house while in town). I do have two more rooms available. One of the rooms is furnished, the other is not. The rent for the furnished room will be $450/per month (includes flat screen LCD TV)...unfurnished will be $350. The rent includes all utitilities...water, electricity, cable, high speed internet. The house is 2400 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. You will have access to all rooms in the house except the other bedrooms, this includes library, kitchen, living room, formal dining room, etc (the rest of the house will remain fully furnished). There is a gym in the garage with cardio equipment, and weight racks free for use. Large fenced in back yard. The neighborhood is quiet, upscale and secure with one entrance/exit way. The subdivision is less than one mile from Food Lion, Lowes, WalMart, take out and video stores off of Raeford Rd and Cliffdale. Would prefer males, professional or military working on Ft Bragg. The home is 20 minutes down back roads to Ft Bragg/USASOC. Would also prefer no pets as the other people in the house may be allergic but may consider HOUSE TRAINED dogs (there is a dog run in the backyard and depends on the order of people moving in).
