I am seeking a room/house to share in the downtown area. I am presently a student EMS/MA so this would be a long term deal. I am able to pay between 350 and 450 per month including all utilities. Personally I am an easy going guy I do smoke and am a social drinker a beer or cocktail on ocassions, I am also a very discrert person "WHAT GOES ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS STAYS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS". I am also a neat person when it comes to my living areas. The best arrangements for me would be to pay on a weekly basis, but it will be long term.
