Why do you people always focus on the President? He clearly is not in charge. Obama doesn't even have the highest security clearance. There are 27 more layers of security clearance above the president. If you want to do something for your country, then shut off your TV for Christ sakes. You think you own your property but you pay property taxes...and if you don't pay, then they foreclose on it, so how can you own it??? Look up the word "DEED" in a Black's Law Dictionary and you will realize that you don't own your property because you never filed a Claim of Right to Ownership.
You go out to buy a new car at the dealership and sign away the Certificate of Origin (true Title) to the State...and the State gives you a "Certificate OF title"...not the actual true title...that is how the State can seize your car/truck.
You get a Speeding Ticket and pay a fine to a fictional Entity (State), though not realizing that the Ticket is actually a CONTRACT and that you have the right to reject any contract within 72 hours (federal Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act, Regulation Z).
When you fly back to the USA from a foreign country, you sign a US-Customs declaration. Because you signed it, they can now search your personal belongings and strip search you.
You don't realize that any Federal Agency does not have Jurisdiction if they are outside of their 10 miles square (D.C.)...that is why they always have to get the Sheriff to arrest you. The Sheriff is the highest authority in the country yet nobody ever challenges Jurisdiction in a federal case.
I am willing to sign over my entire property to anybody that can prove one single legislated law applies to men and women. Fact is they don't...they apply only to "PERSONS". A "PERSON" in a Black's Law Dictionary (4th Edition) is a Corporate Fiction.
