We do not want an apartment or condo b/c we like spending time having a backyard and enjoying it.

I'd like a house in a good school district as our son will be starting school in the fall. He's four years old.
We'd like for it to be clean (that's a given, right?)
3 to 4 bedrooms but will consider two if the bedroom are fairly spacious.
Prefer the lower end of the 6 to 800 ; )

I do not allow shoes to be worn on carpet, and we do not smoke. We will treat your house as we want ours to be treated

I am a contractor working on Fort Bragg. I have been there 1 1/2 years. I am currently living at Westlake at Morganton (gated community) but my roommate is going to be deployed soon. I am looking for a room with a private bathroom. More than two in a house/apartment is not for me. In the last 9 months I have been in the apartment maybe 60 days as I am TDY most of the time. I won't live in a pigpen. Prefer somebody who is a quiet professional in their field of work. I won't bother you and expect the same. I don't use much as I'm not there most of the time, I'm a geo-bachelor so I try to stay away from Bragg as much as possible.
