I;m looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment or duplex, anything really, I'm not that picky. I work in Fayetteville in 28306 and I want to stay in the Fayetteville area. I'm not looking for a room to rent, but a place of my own. I'm quiet, next and pay my bills on time. I have a steady fulltime job, so money isn't really the issue. I can provide paystubs for the past year. I want something that is small and clean, in a decent area, as I will be living by myself. I don't care what floor its on, as long as it has either on site laundry or comes with a washer and dryer. I'm willing to pay anywhere between $350-$500 per month with a deposit if nessisary.
