Hey!! I am 24 years old. 2 years ago I gained 45 lbs when my thyroid went nuts! I recently lost 20lbs just by changing my diet. But when it comes to working out, I am COMPLETELY lost! I have a gym membership, but get overwhelmed when I'm in there alone! I am very athletic (well... used to be.) I played basketball, softball and ran track in high school. So I have the ability to be active! I am looking for a personal trainer. Someone to help me one on one. I've tried just a workout buddy, but I didn't get much motivation out of that, because I can't motivate someone else, when I'm trying to be motivated myself! I don't have to work out in a gym, in all honesty I get really bored in a gym all the time. I am 15lbs away from my goal! (Of course I would love to lose more!)

If anyone out there is looking to help, I'd be greatful!! I would feel more comfortable with a female trainer, but am not opposed to a male trainer. I am just very desperate to get my body back! So if your interested, please send me an email with alittle about yourself and your price.

Marathon Training Partner (College Lakes)

I am planning on beginning training for a marathon in December. The race will be in March. The training schedule doesn't look too difficult but as I begin to amp up in mileage, I don't think my iPod will be enough to keep me going. I am not very fast (looking for a race day pace of about 10 minutes) and I'm more focused on increasing mileage than I am about increasing speed.

As an added bonus, if you train with me, you'll likely avoid the holiday weight gain!

Weekend Babysitter--Including Friday Nights (Hope Mills NC )

I am a single mother of two looking to help make ends meet. I work full time Monday through Fridays and also attend school full time. I am always available on the weekends including Friday night. I can do drop ins or all night.

My rates are cheap, and very resonable

5 hours of less-----$5 an hour
5 hours to 7 hours------$3 an hour
8 hours or more ------$2.50 an hour

Over night rates depending on what time Drop off is

Dropped off between 5pm and 8pm -----$20.00
Dropped off 8pm or later --------$15.00

Prices above are for pick up no later than 8am
If you need another pick up time then please talk with me, and we will work something out.

If you need your child to stay with me the whole weekend Drop off time being Friday night Rates
Friday 6pm-Sunday by 8pm (including free nights) ----$50.00

Later times can be arranged if need rate will be $1.50 an hour over the 48 hours

All the rates listed are for children ages 0-up (there is no age limit, we all want to insure our children are safe no matter how old they are.

I have a wonderful dicount on muilple children as well, I will expain when we talk if you need it
